Dear friends today i will share with you the tips on how to sterilize your baby's bottles, teether and other equipment.
First of all make sure that you clean your baby bottle or utensils right after the feed. With mild detergent.
While cleaning the bottles make sure to use baby bottle cleaning brush that is available in the medical store. It comes with other tiny brush that helps you in cleaning the nipple of the bottle and other small crevices. If you are using katori and spoon also clean them thoroughly.
Then in a clean big vessel put the bottles, other utensils and bottle caps. Add sufficient water to it and bring it to a boil. Add nipples before only if the manufacturer says. Otherwise add it after the water comes to a boil and then let it simmer for a few days.
Let the water cool down and then remove all the utensils, bottles and covers from hot water and keep it in a clean dry vessel.
