Very healthy and nutritious food, as sweet potato is very nutritious Ingredients
250 grams sweet potato
1 tablespoon ghee
2 two 3 spoons sugar/jaggery
1 cup milk with/without cream Peal the sweet potatos and make round slices, wash the slices. Take a pan add one tablespoon ghee and saute the sweet potato in ghee, then add one cup milk in that, if you want then you can add cream, then add sugar, then cook until sweet potato get cooked, serve hot
Delicious dessert ready
Note- If you are health conscious then don't add sugar and cream, sweet potato is sweet already 😬😬.
