So here are few tips to avoid bad breath in Children: ❤Boil one Tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in a cup of water . Stain in and give it to drink regularly.
❤ After every meal give few fennel seeds, it acts as a mouth sweetener and also improves the digestion .
❤Don't give too much sugary food. It may affect the production of saliva in mouth making it dry and prone to increase bacteria which causes bad breath.
❤Clean tongue everytime they brush.
❤ Increase food which increase salivation such as citrus fruits and green veggies.
❤Don't use mouth fresheners from market.
❤ Brushing teech with a little amount of baking soda also helps.
