Ingrediends -
Bread slice
Potato
Red chilly powder
Salt
Ginger
coriander powder
Green chilly
Green coriander;
Garam masala
Getting ready -
Peel the boiled potatoes .
cut off the edges from the bread slices.
Take some water in a plate for dipping the bread .
Making -
For stuffing add salt , red chilly powder , finely chopped ginger , garam masala , coriander powder finelly chopped green chilly and same green coriander mix all .
Divide the patoto stuffing in 10 equal portion and roll giving the round shape and you can also try oval shape .
deep a bread slice into water and then take it out immediatly . Then place the soaked bread slice on your palm .
now place one stuffing ball over it and fold the bread from all sides , closing the stuffing nicely .
When the oil is sufficiently hot , place 2 to 3 or many balls as possible in the pen .
fry untill the golden brown and crispy .
Tip : serve the bread bade hot with tomato ket chup or coriander chatny .
