WHAT HOLDS ME BACK FROM BEING FREE?
Fear is the number one obstacle you will face in life.
Though fear is a common human emotions, it constricts who we are. It only focus the downside and won't let you be free.
The desire of success is associated with the fear of failure... I love to anticipate what will happen in future but eventually it comes with the fear of uncertainty... I often feel that I don't have 'skills' for perticular thing. It makes me believe that whatever I get is completely out of proportion of what I actually 'deserve'. It's the fear of inadequacy... When you don't know your strengths and limitations and let people define who your are then fear of being judged comes in which makes you more vulnerable...
For me, having freedom lies in being yourself .
But comes fear and it affects the self esteem, loss of self esteem brings the state of self dislike, which eventually holds me from doing what I want to do and what I want to be... fear has torn me away from being myself...
