Mommies, toilet train your baby at 3 months! How? Please read... Yes, you can teach your baby to pee on cue (pun intended). It is called Infant Toilet Training. Many parents start as soon as baby is born. But with almost 20 pees and poops a day, its hard to do it in first 3 months. So start after 3 months when baby has better bladder control. If you observe your baby closely, you can see that the baby signals his need to pee, some cry, some grunt, some crunch their nose. Identify your baby's pee/poop signals. You can lay them on your outstretched legs or hold in hands over a target area such as a potty trainer, and make a vocal cue such as "Sssss" or "Ssshhh", anything you are comfortable with. Baby will learn to hold in the need to eliminate for a little while and then pee/poop when you give the signal. Although this process may take some time to establish as a routine, it has many benefits: 1) It becomes easy to toilet train them during toddler-hood.
2) Lesser messy diapers.
3) Lesser "accidents" of pee/poop when toddler.
4) Research indicates lesser incidence of urinary tract infection in later life.
5) Greater hygiene as baby does not have to sit around in soiled diapers. My 7 month old baby has learnt to control his pee/ poop urges and looks at us in a particular way to express his need to eliminate. So are you going to try this out?

Yes, this is followed in our country by many parents, for generations. Now the Westerners are also warming up to this method...

My baby is 2 months old but she pees in the toilet from the day she was only 3 days. She cries when she needs to pee and thats a signal for us. We feel so proud :p when she pees in the toilet.
