Dear awesome moms,
To start the Mommy Takeover of this beautiful day, let me give you all a challenge that you and your kids would surely love! Keep posting your pics in the comments all through the day when you get a chance to do it with your kids. At night we will get to see so much creativity!

The fun thing is this activity can be done by kids of all ages. Whenever I have taken a workshop or a session of this activity, it has been super hit among kids.

The activity is called PROCESS ART.

Basically one needs to use different kinds of materials available at home to paint. The catch is you DONOT have to use a pencil, pen and paint brush. You can use anything else to paint. The only compulsory thing you need is water colors or poster colors.

The importance of process art is that the emphasis is on the process of doing the art work and not what is made at the end. It could just be an abstract art at the end or a well finished scenery. I'm sharing a quick list of items that you can use to paint. You can use anything or everything from this list or any other thing you wish except pencil, pen & paint brush.

Just give your kids the materials and sit back and enjoy. Do not tell them what they have to make. You may ask them what they wish to make to kick start the process.

Share the pics in the comments and let's marvel at the creativity of the kids at the end of the day.
