#Mommytakeover As i write this article i am getting to relive best phase of my life once again.Those days of GaneshUtsav were filled with so much fun.
I remember being in college i had progressed from being a participant to a organiser of various events in society for GaneshUtsav.
Earlier the concept of taking things on rent or outsourcing the arrangements was not in .Finances were limited so managing the events with limited money had to be done.
As i said in my previous post that it was a personal involvement.
My actual Management training was during these days as it involved arranging for resources,using them appropriately, team work,dealing with people from all age groups (kids to senior citizens) , time management , handling diverse opinions and many more aspects happened.
Though it was on a small scale it made me to get out of my comfort zone and learn.
Organising events involved lot of work and it was done by us with all heart n soul.I used to choreograph dance performances, being a good dancer myself. Have given many solo dance performances till 10th class,everyone used to lookout for my turn. It motivated me to give my best.Talent show was the name of the event. Its preparations started two months before Ganapati.So the hardwork in organising and executing it successfully was a great learning experience.Getting your team to work for a goal and accomplishing it was a task. Their used to be differences of opinion ,clashes among friends over some issues and what not.I tried to manage all peacefully. Vighnaharta helped me handle all the obstacles that came my way.
On the top of all this we used to have college semester 1 exams during this fest.But Josh for GaneshUtsav was so high that even exams were not important that time 🤣🤣 I passed in all with Gannuji ‘s blessings.
Each passing year of Ganpati made me learn new aspects of life. It made me a Multitasker.
