#mommytakeover #breastfeedingandweightloss Sharing some experience and knowledge learned through out my journey and advise from my doctor and my dietician sister. Immediately after delivery, women shed about 6-7kgs but after that weightloss is very slow, approx 0.50 - 1 kg; month for the first 6 months and more slower after that.
In this way we gradually lose this extra kilos we put on during pregnancy.
Continuous Breastfeeding helps to go away with 850 calories per day , but it is also true that it make you more hungry and it will teach out for more carbohydrates and this definitely will not help you to lose weight.
Will be continued with some tips in another post.
