#Mommytakeover By popular demand for recipes! I'm sharing this traditional sweet with a twist...This is a Caramel Kesaribath with Flowing custard and melted chocolate! Plz note this was a experimental recipe so the ingredients I have mentioned could vary! So plz do try and adjust it as you make it. But once made right it comes out really yummy! So here you go..... CARAMEL KESARIBATH!!

Roasted Sooji 1/2 cup<br> Demara sugar 1/2 cup<br> Butter 3tbsp<br> Water 1/2 cup<br> Roasted Pistas <br> Roasted cashewnuts <br> Milk 1/2-1 cup.<br> Melted chocolate <br> Flowing custard. Method: <br> In a shallow pan melt sugar, water, butter till it starts bubbling...once the sugar melt to form caramel add the milk slowly and mix continuously. Once all are incorporated add sooji bit by bit...to avoid lumps mix well... till it looks like kesaribath consistency. Take off the stove add the nuts...scoop into a bowl and reserve it onto a plate. Pour flowing custard and melted chocolate on top and serve hot.
