Hai, I am Roopashree Siddireddy from Bengaluru, Karnataka. I am the One and only daughter to my mom. I was born on 19th January. Born and brought up at Shimoga ( Karnataka) at my Granny's House ( mom's mom place). Well... my Family tree is quite interesting. My grandma's father were actually from U.P.( Kanyakubja Brahmins ) During British era, he was send to Eden Burgh( scotland) as he was wel educated and good in english as well. There he had slapped some british official for degrading indians. He was about to get severe punishment. But as he was good employee, other english official supported him. And as a part of punishment, he was send back to India and sent to Shimoga ( Malanad region) as a part of demotion. Shimoga was then declared as " cholera epidemic area." But my Great grandpa liked that place so much that, he decided to settle there forever. Even he invited all his relatives over there. Thats how our family settled in SouthIndia and still speak Hindi as mother tongue.
My Grandma( mom's mom) was married to Poduval (Kerala Non-thread Brahmin). My grand pa is a Doctor and left home for the sake of social work to Bangalore rural. And Grandma brought her 3 kids, 2 sons and my mom all by herself.
My mom married to a Maratha. He turned of to be worst nightmare. They separated when i was too young. So mom brought me up with lots of struggles and difficulties.
I am married to an Andra ( west Godavari region) guy. His name is Nagendranath Naidu. Have a beautiful, naughty , talkative Daughter, Manjishta.
This is what my family tree is. Quite interesting, messy and beautiful as well.
