Montessori strongly advocates about prepared environment. in short how child- friendly your home is. are things accessible for kids so that they can independently handle stuff, are the tools child sized, are their own things within their reach? you can Google up prepared environment in Montessori and get tons of results and the importance of it.
I'm sharing some of my home pics where I have kept things accessible and as per my 2 year old son's convenience. This largely helps in making the child independent, boost self esteem and learn life skills better.
