I am a kamchor ma and I proud of it, my 'chota packet bada dhamaka' is always running around house he don't sit even for second and for that running you need energy jub tak energy hai he will keep running and when his energy meter downs he will just go and sit on sofa with his cold drink (he is thumb sucker and I call his thumb cold drink😉) in his mouth then he will not even talk to you, this Is the moment I know he has drained up all his energy and; need something to eat, it is not advisable and possible too, to make something to eat every time he is hungry, and then comes mere andar ki; 'kamchor ma' for; rescue instead of making something for him I always try to give him some fruit or veggie or some other healthy snacking option like roasted makhane, oats granola bar, home made chips or namkeen, some dry fruits etc and their are numerous options which you can easily made at home. So It serves my purpose, save my time too and that too with so many health benefit. It is not always necessary that you always have to run into kitchen whenever your kid is hungry,; in that way also; you are making him; a picky eater if he knows you could make anything anytime for him he will for sure show you tantrums. In morning my first task is to fill my small fruit n veggie basket with fresh fruits and vegetables so that whenener he wakes up he will see them and ask for it, this way in morning I don't have to rush to make breakfast coz till he finishes his fruits my bfast is ready. so little kamchori is not at all that bad 😉 because your kid will also realise this soon; that he has no other option but to eat fruits 😂😂😂😂.
All my dear friends here on BBC knows this I love only; those recipes which i can make in jiffy; and that too without too much sir dard so you can ask me and I have shortcut to every recipe that too in a healthy way. So this way I can have time for me also😁. You can also try to be a little kamchor and that too in a positive way. Happy parenting.

I was so much worried about this part. I don't like to spend a lot of time in kitchen at all. Yes i know how to cook most of the dishes that we eat on a regular basis and i make them taste good too. But i am so not interested in doing it everyday. My mom used to cook very tasty meals and dishes for me whenever i used to b hungry. I was a fussy eater and hated fruits and veggies a lot. My mom was always worried about my eating habits when i was a kid. My eating habits changed only when i joined hostel. So i was also worried that i am going to face the same tantrums that i had thrown to my mom.<br>
