One who learns with the Child, learns more than the Child
Sharing with you mommies one incident with my sunny boy which made me understand that one who learns with the child learns more than the child.

One beautiful day when my elder son was ;2.5 years old during his bath time popped a question saying what's in my hand. As I leaned forward to check what it was , he was pointing at his wrinkled fingers. For a moment I did not know how to explain probably because even I did not know why fingers wrinkled after being in water for a while. I told him it was his fingers only and they l be fine in a while. Soon after his bath I ran to my ready reckoner yes yes u guessed it right Google it is.

It read as 'The nervous system causes the wrinkling of fingers by constricting the blood vessels below the outer layer of skin to absorb water and swell up, forming ridges. But quickly returns to its old state when dry. '

So this day I had learnt from my son. Day in and day out we come across so many such incidents where we the parents learn more than the kids or learn from the kids.
