Diaper change, sleepless night, becoming burp expert after every feed.. It's not been easy for any of us🙌
I was nervous before my delivery whether I could breastfeed my baby properly or not but after the birth of Khyansh, one lady came to examine and asked me several questions on feeding and trust me I was not aware at all about the pros and facts of feed and when she explained me about all the benefits of feeding, my mind got stronger😎
No matter what pain I was going through I made sure I fed him; on an hourly basis. Especially for a person like me who could not bear physical pain I tried my best and overcame all the pain and delivered normally 👶
Till 6 months, Khyansh was totally on breastfeed and I am continuing to do so. I have got many suggestions to leave the feeding after 9 months. Moms requesting you, if you can breastfeed with none of the physical issues, please do it. It will help you as well as your baby in many ways.
🍼Breast milk contains everything your baby needs for the first six months of life, with the possible exception of vitamin D. The first milk is thick, rich in protein and loaded with beneficial compounds.
🍼Breast milk is loaded with antibodies, especially immunoglobin A, which can help prevent or fight illness in your baby.
🍼It also reduces your baby's risk of infections and many diseases, including allergy, celiac disease and diabetes.
🍼It affects your baby's brain development and reduces the risk of future behavior and learning problems.
🍼By breastfeeding, you don't have to worry about buying or mixing formula, warming up bottles, or calculating your baby's daily needs.

So moms, if you can breastfeed your baby, don’t miss that opportunity and trust me it’s a beautiful feeling.
PS : I still breastfeed my 14 months baby wherever I can in every possible way no matter what place is.
