Beetroot and amaranth leaves ( चौलाई के पत्तो ) roti.

-- Pressure cooked 2 betroot to make it soft. gave the left over water to son mixed with salt and pepper.
-- Boiled amaranth leaves (2 bunch) till soft
-- Blended into a puree with 1 inch ginger salt and 1 green chilly.

-- mix puree into flour and knead into a soft dough. Make paranthas or rotis.

-- Serve with curd.
