My toddler loves to go to school.. So not much cribbing... He wakes up and responds well.. Yes good sleep is definitely a secret mantra

Monday mornings become less blue if started on the right note...that happens only when the child has slept well ...I.E. he has slept early on Sunday night. So it's a function of the whole cycle! like it or not... sticking to the routine is the mantra!
