Recipe for 14 month old baby. If you are introducing these receipe for first time then please start with ½ bowl. These recipe you can give to your baby mid morning around 11:00 to 11:30 am
INGRENDIENTS:
1. 2 leave of Palak
2. ¼ Bowl Moong Dal (You can use any dal i use Moong dal because it digest easily)
3. ¼ Chopped Tomato
4. Cumin Powder (Jeera)
5. Salt bit for taste
6. Turmeric powder
7. Jaggery If required
8. Ghee if required
METHOD:
1.In Bowl take Palak Leave & Moong Dal wash it for 2 to 3 times.
Add 1 cup of water in bowl, along with that add chopped tomato, salt, turmeric & jeera powder (add jaggery if your baby likes)
2. Cook the mixture in a pressure cooker (3 to 4 whistle)
3. Cool the pressure cooker and blind the mixture
4. Transfer the mixture to non stick pan and heat it for 1 min and ghee along with that.
5. Serve the Dal & Palak soup to your babies or toddler in lukewarm
