Moong Oats Spinach Dosa
Ingredients:
Oats 1/2 cup
Moong dal 1/2 cup
Semolina 1/4 cup
Spinach 3/4 cup

Instructions:
--Roast & Grind Oats & Moong dal in powder form.
--Add Semolina and Spinach Puree.
--Add water & rest it for 10mins.
--Heat the pan & make the dosa.
--Serve hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
