More than one third of children have a diet that consists of energy dense, nutrition- poor foods, such as soda, fruit drinks, grain based desserts like cookies, cakes, and pastries, dairy desserts, and pizza. Even our youngest toddlers have a unprecedented exposure to these foods, which is showing up in their weight as preschoolers and in their pickiness at the dinner table..... Food for thought...

My girl is so conscious; about her food. No bluff/ trick will work. She is used to fruits mainly. She have her own set of limited choices. And above all....always she wants "food cooked by me."
