Most of the times women end up quitting their job because they have no support system at their home to take care of their children.

It's a fact children need their mother but then the mother also needs herself. I always keep a book and pen with me, so the moment an idea strikes or something strikes I write it down.

My biggest challenge when I started my career was my kids would always disturb me during the calls. Even if you are working from home you have to attend your calls. I would get frustrated.

Slowly I started bringing them down to my society garden. They would start playing and I would just keep them in my eye sight to ensure that they are not hurt. So I work while they play. The kids are also happy to play with their friends and I get a lot of my work done.

Sometimes it is difficult to explain to the client on why there are so many kids screaming in the background but then as long as the work gets done, all are happy.

It's a win win situation for both, I don't like giving them screening just because I am working. Also good play time ensure that they eat well and then go to bed early.

This is my younger daughter, who is drawing me to show her friends. Yes, they scribble in my work diary but then these are master pieces for life.
