Most of you might be planning your diwali detox recipes and dieting. Well it's much needed after binging on sweets and savoury snacks. But for me detox is not an easy affair and if I feel it's tough I end up eating more.

So for me detox is a gradual affair where I start healthy eating by replacing one meal of the day with only protein and veggies.
At the same time I dont drop out chocolates or sweet but I gradually take it off my diet in 6 to 7 days so I dont miss it

1 cup Chickpeas boiled
1 cup veggies (I have taken onion and tomato today)
1/4 cup potato tempered and mashed with green chillies
