A lot of people ask me about my association with Babychakra.. so here's my story.
One afternoon, after putting my twinadoes to sleep, I was utilizing my free time by using FB, when I came across Priya's message. I contacted her and I was onboard. I think I was the first 10 Momstars from Delhi.
Gradually i was chosen to be a momchamp and I involved in writing content as well. Gradually Babychakra became an inseparable part of my daily life!
I was well knit in to the community as I had onboarded a lot of other moms who eventually became my online group of friends - i desperately needed some as i had none, owing to my homebound life with the twins. I have been with babychakra for over 2 years!
Whats your Babychakra Story??

after all my baby struggles were almost over i stumbled upon babychakra. the only parenting app i ever installed on my phone. i so regret not having it when i was struggling with being a new naveli mommy, fighting off age old customs... but babychakra has given me so much be it friends, break from monotony etc., i am ever so thankful....

I had already installed baby center on my phone but hadn't ever joined any communities on it and as far as baby apps were concerned, I thought I was sorted. Instagram would keep suggesting babychakra and some other apps. You know once you have a baby, people keep coming in to visit the baby and you. baby gets blessings and you, well you get flooded with advise. I am normally the listen to everyone do what you feel is right kinds but this one advise really bugged me. this was , "don't have fruits for at least 40 days" . I LOVE my Daily Dose of fruits. and hey not like I was asking for junk food. it was FRUITS. that made me randomly download babychakra not really knowing what it was. I found this amazing community of moms who were ready to answer each others queries. that's it. I was hooked!

@neha this long post is such an honest msg. I hd those fears as well - of being judged of being rebuked for my choices - but eventually we all find confidence when we share our stories and get approved for it. Happy to have you around!!!

well mine is a long story, it all started when my son was 2 weeks old and I was fighting with everyone about beliefs and traditions, what to follow and what could be ditched. During that time I joined a Facebook group of mothers, don't remember the name now but Priya Sood was part of it. I followed that grp religiously for 4 months till I got hold of how things work with baby. I made some very good friends over there, and eventually we all formed our WhatsApp grp and I exited from the FB group.😬 I am not sure whether that grp was babychakra only 😫 Now how I joined back..I had this huge urge to help other moms, the way I got answers to all my queries, I too wanted to share my gained knowledge with others. But was not sure whether I will be able to contribute and I had the huge fear of being judged (don't know why) 😱 A frn of mine shared about Mother's day contest Babychakra was holding, I took it as an opportunity to be a part of it. And luckily I won the contest which I took as an approval 😂 (stories in my head). And here I am with all my time, I love being here, get a kind of divine satisfaction. ❤
Sorry Prisha Lalwani (Mummasaurus) for such a long reply, but couldn't stop myself.
