Hi Mom, while it's normal to put your baby before yourself, don't ignore yourself. Post-partum weight is normal and it will shed when your baby is slightly older and you can find time to workout. Having a new baby can be stressful and focus on keeping your mind happy and healthy. when time permits, start with a little walk. with so many baby wearing options on @6372ec8a17d2c800158d90f1 you and the baby can both step out in the evening. it might seem like an effort initially but eventually you n baby will love it. all the best...

aww hun! I feel you. c section here too. I had all the works- back pain, head ache, wrist pain, joint pain you name it. you need to rest babe. right now your aim is to get heathy first and then start working on your body. the tummy is there I know. you can't see anything beyond it I know. been through it girl. as sheeba suggested, see if you can get help. start controlling your portion sizes of your meals. have 6 small meals. don't stay hungry. drink water, coconut water, soups. get your health on track. as you get better consider taking your baby with you on walks. it will be easier for both of you and your baby will love it outside :) keep taking your supplements as well. continue to bf. you can wear a belt if you like but it's not gonna make much of a difference. be patient. you will get there gradually :*
