If the baby is passing urine after long intervals it can get dark and smelly. Ensure that the baby is feeding well and passed urine atleast seven times a day. Some supplements given to the baby also change the color and smell of the urine so check with your doctor if any of the supplements you are giving are causing this. Else it could be an infection.
