My 1 month old baby always spits up little everytime after the feed. During night I could sense something gogles between his throat and stomach.. scared that baby could have developed reflux. How could I help him with my diet.. pls share opions.

I feed him once in two to three hours. Overfeeding?! Am not sure whether I do that coz I feed him by denand. He coughs a little though whenever he spits up.

Clogging is not good..; choking will lead to diffuculty in breathing which is not good you know that<br>
Should go to ur doctor then.

Nandhini if u feel baby is not feeling good then immediate ly show to pediatrician...ur baby is so small don't wait
