My 1 month old baby having rashes all over body... I thought it was baby acne in face but it appears in hands, neck, legs n back as well. Is it due to weather change and he is not comfortable with swaddling or the cloths? We are closing windows as its raining here all the time and keeping the fan in medium speed. Please suggest / give valuable inputs.... TIA
