My 10 months old baby wakes up at night after almost every hour. When I offer milk she drinks 60ml sometimes 90ml sometimes 30ml. What is the reason for this?

She has got 4 teeth and now I think canine is coming

Is this growth spurt(does it happen at this age?) or teething or something else
