First and foremost yes breast feeding would be the favored option. If you are having any difficulty then please do consult with a Lactation specialist. If you are making this as a matter of choice then follow the instructions on the carton. However remember that you need to follow baby's cues as well. If the baby needs more the baby will ask. If the baby stops do not force feed.
