my 13days baby is doing liquid potty after every feedings. and today he did foamy poop,like when we open soda can  that type of poop😮😮😮🙄🙄🙄🙄🤔🤔🤔🤔 i changed his nappy he did again,again i changed nappy again he did foamy poop.why is it so????
