My 13th month old has small red pimples like spots around her private area and there is redness around her genital part...what is the best remedy ??? Which ointment or cream is the best and should be used??

Try to use baby powder. Or use warm ghee at that area.

Once show your pediatrician, it's better until then apply coconut oil no harm in it.
