Shreya - does he throw food around + at u? Or just around? What if u give him a small portion only and say that's all? Khatam! <u>So</u> if he throws it - he won't get much to eat. It may sound harsh to u but try it out. U can give him more food after a while. But let him understand that throwing food around is not correct. I used to let my baby play with food - they all need to explore and learn. But they also need to learn what is not acceptable. <span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @6372dce4d28b060015d965bd </b></span> 's son at that age used to throw his toys - she packed them up and put them outside the house. After that her child stopped throwing toys. Sometimes we need to get tough &amp; creative to help our kids. Try and let us know. Tc

I agree with everyone... High chair is the solution. I too got one recently. And you can prevent atleast baby's clothes by using large beebs or big towels or piece of clothes. Just wrap it up like you sit in salon for hair cut. This will help you to prevent clothes atleast. And when using high chair you can directly take the baby along with high chair to the cleaning area. <br> Also you can spread plastic sheets as said above.
