My 15 months baby is grinding her teeth not eating n not sleeping. Someone suggested me that she may be having worms and told me to give her zentel syrup. Is it safe to give her zentel syr6for deworming .and how much to give

Dont give any medicine at your own but you can give him haldi wala doodh at night i have read somewhere it is good for deworming,but consult your doc first.
