My 1.5 year old princess has never brushed her teeth yet. What would be the right age to introduce a toothbrush to her ? Also, I see a lot of wax in her ears. My wife is scared to clean as she is too young and delicate. How do I address these personal hygiene issues ?

A baby toothbrush can be introduced without toothpaste once the first tooth appears. Wax in the ears is normal and will self excrete. Once it is in the outside section of the year you can remove it with a cotton swab. Never insert the cotton swab inside the ear canal even for an adult.
