An exclusively breast fed baby may not poop for a few days and that's normal. You can help the baby by giving a warm bath, if possible hold the baby in water for a few minutes especially the lower abdomen and buttocks should be covered with warm water, and you can also gently do an abdomen massage. Help the baby exercise by pressing his thighs into his lower abdomen a few times. Do not give any internal home remedies or use a stool softener without the doctor's prescription
