my son was speaking few words like amma,mama,thatha,bye etc from past 2months. now suddenly stop speaking all words, only shouting unclear words. is it bcoz of falling down?

he is active n taking feeds normal. but sometimes he is touching head, no swelling.

if he active,taking feeds,no major injury,no vomits then nothing to worry, check the parts of his body if has got swollen.&nbsp; minor things go away by own. if you find he is crying more,getting irritated for long time you can consult doctor
