Ensure u clean ur baby's face nicely with a soft moist cloth. very imp to keep him clean

my baby too have a kind of skin infection in his chin and cheek area. those areas are too dry. I heard that those are milk spots. they'll go off by itself. I'm just applying some coconut oil before bath and during evening I use to apply lotion for his face
