Hey its Ok if she has not passed stool in 2 days..gently massage her tummy and make her do the cycling motion with her legs while putting some pressure on the tummy during the cycling movement.. This creates some pressure in the stomach to atleast pass gas and even a stool maybe.. Try burping for a longer period and keeping a gap of 5 mins between both breasts while feeding

its normal if baby doesn't pass stool for 3 to 4 days but make sure he's not colic... and babies spit milk if they're overfed... stop feeding if baby turns his head... they don't understand how much they have need in tummy. they keep on sucking... u will have to understand...
