A baby who is exclusively breast fed may not pass stools for ten days. As long as baby is comfortable, feeding and sleeping well there is no cause for concern. When stools happen they should be soft and easy to pass. This situation is not termed as constipation.

don't worry it's normal.. babies on breastfeeding sometimes don't pass motions for 10 days too..
