hey Anon..baby do many things which we cant assume..if they face any kind of trouble thn they show us and give some signs like cranky, tantrum stop their daily activity etc..so enjoy this motherhood journey..if any doubt plz share on thus plate form here are many moms to help u..👍 

Sangeeta movement of head doesn't mean its ear infection,babies do move their head and its normal.<br> If it's ear infection then baby will have discharge from ear,baby will pull the ears...if u still doubt try slowing pressin baby's ear,if baby cries it mean its painful and if not baby is completely fine.

baby wud be very cranky, crying and will not take feed if its some infection. most babies turn their head to one side. i usually used to keep a soft pillow made of dupatta on the side my baby used to turn more. also tummy time will help strengthen neck and back muscles. hope u r already doing that.

no
