Actually tummy time should not be after feed, it shuld be just before next feed that time kid is cranky, I usually take 2 hrs gap and somebody told me feed her 10-15 mins on each breast but I feel she gets satisfied only in 10 mins so am I overfeeding her plus yes she throws up a lot sometimes I feel as if whole milk has come out but sometimes a little!!

Hi Alpana,if ur babys pee count is 6-7 times in 24 hrs then ur lo is getting enuf. If she spits up curdled milk in small quantity, its fine. However if shes is vomiting entire feed ( usualy its not entire feed but it seems to us that ways), then it might be reflux, how many times do u feed her? If its on demand, dont worry, kids at this age usually do spit up a lot, mine dies as well! Start giving tummy time to her, apply heeng paste on navel and set some time for exercise like cyclinv motion and pavanmuktasan. Do some massage in clockwise direction, all this helps in improving digestion.

Baby is getting enough when baby feels content and is not cranky and also if there is a good pee count. And weight. Ensure you burp her properly between feeds.

There is a difference between spit up and throw up. Spit up means that a little milk comes up. This is generally excess and happens due to some change in position jerk excitement or at times a little reflux. Throw up means large quantities and with force. If it is throw up then you should see the doctor.
