My 2.4 year baby girl has developed pinkish patches on inner thighs if i apply any lotion she cries a lot due to dryskin.how should i care

Keep your baby hydrated , and use Bioderma atoderm cleansing bar which is soap and fragrance free. So very much gentle on skin and protects skin from getting dry.
