My 2+months baby (69 days old) is throwing out the lactogen formula fully. Also vomitting the breast milk. Previously I have given the ratio mentioned in that box. It was too heavy and he vomitted that time also. So reduced the ratio and given 3/4 scoop in 50ml of water. He vomitted this also. What's the reason and what's the solution. suggestions plssss!!
