ys. all babies have watery stools up till 3-4 months of age. after all its liquid that he is intaking. unless the stool is white or black or extremely smelly or runny.. nothing needs to be done. a breast fed baby may poo upto 10 times in a day or once in 10 days. both are considred normal.
