hey dhara i had exactly same issues with my 3 month ols until say 2 days back she had terrible gas and would fart a lot still gassy and would vomit after almost every feed even after ....what i learnt was we have to keep giving them their gas relief drops even on days when they are not as you really don't know when you might get acidity and in turn your baby as we breastfeed them...i used to give her colimex df 0.5ml and neosmile with 0.5 ( neosmile mixed with my milk) but now i have changed to carmicide drops and neopeptine drops again 5 drops each along with neosmile in my milk and also gripe water might sound a lot but all this gave my baby relief in 1 day believe me i would cry with her but quiet relieved now...and obviously to each their own i had also started ghutti but just then her gas issues were back so i have stopped everything else ...good luck! hope your lil angle is relieved already or very very soon !

maybe your little one does not enjoy the massage. You may want to do the massage your self rather than have a special person. Also do not over feed. Give her a little less milk. If baby is using a bottle then it could be the cause of the gas. Give the baby tummy time to help relieve the gas.
