My 3 year old is allergic to most soaps. I have tried Jhonson's baby dove normal dove cetaphil.. but all cause allergy in form of red patches. Please suggest me some alternative like soap free cleanser or some v mild soap for her. It would be appreciated if those who have had similar experiences try to answer. TIA
