question
My 3.5 month old son, is giving me hard time in drinking formula milk these days. Earlier he used to have 120-150ml milk but now making him drink 90ml is a task now. I consulted dr. but he said don’t worry, he will have it when he will feel hunger. If he is active and gainjng weight then no problem. My concern is, he is already on a lower side of the weight range and since now he is drinking less hope he doesn’t loose more weight. I am also feeding him my milk, 10min each side before giving formula milk.

Every child's intake will be different also depend on how active they are climate and so on. So now it's just a phase. Dont give in to his tiny sips of time pass. U will be able to notice the actual hunger time and not just nibbling

Thanks Resham! Yes, I m feeding him on demand but I guess now he is grown up so gets easily distracted. Just wanted to take an idea how much ml other babies of same age group are drinking?

Reeti first of all the feed only on demand we don't demand and secondly please let the baby realise hunger it is important that you feed the baby only when the baby is hungry otherwise the baby get a custom to feeding every 2 hours he may not realise what hunger is.. And as long babies active don't worry about the intake
