No no, pretty normal. Babies cry for no of reasons. Hunger, being colicky, mothers warmth etc.few days matter and she will be fine. Check on comfort clothing and room temperature

No dear..it may be because she is colic..make sure you burp her properly..put her on your shoulders for 10-15 mins after every feed..also check that she should be dressed comfortably..too much or too less clothes make the child irritable..if she is still crying..consult your doctor
