Keep him warm. During night put cotton on his chest.<br> Also apply vicks on his sole and make him wear socks.

The baby is too small... All that can help is massage with warm mustard oil...Put oil on nails too. For blocked nose use saline nasal drop. And if baby is not comfortable see the doctor as you can practice so many home remedies for small baby.
