My 4.5 months old baby is spitting a lot of curdled milk and watery milk...more than normal today...but he seems to be ok otherwise...his normal playful self...not feeding much also...is it a cause of concern?

yes it's normal passing urine frequently means he is not hungry , nd circled milk is normal,  proper burp should be given, watery milk sometimes means over feeding
